Golden Tee Fore!  machine setup

In the event an owner does a 'factory reset' the following menu options need to be changed to restore the machine to it's 'out of the box' state:

From the game demo screen press the service button located behind the coin door to enter the service menus' then change the following:

Select 'ITNet Menu'
     Select 'ITNet Adjustables menu'
          Disable/Enable calling- DISABLED
          Disable/Enable Tournaments- DISABLED
then exit to the main service menu screen

Select 'Operator Adjustables Menu'
     Select 'Game Mode'
          Set to 'Free Play'
     Select 'Advertising Menu'
          Set to 'Turn off all advertising'
     Select 'Live Tournaments Menu'
          Set to 'Live Tournaments' -OFF

Then Exit out of the service menu and start playing.
